Xiangtai brand liquid thickener hydroxyethyl cellulose (XT-Liquid HEC) is a formula with mineral oil manufactured by HEC liquid. Can be dubbed in  30%, 35%, 40%,45%.
XT-Liquid HEC is a non-ionic thickeners, it is easy to disperse in water and salt water.

XT-Liquid HEC application guide
