● Application HECMC products are used in oil recovery of oil, high water binding properties, compatibility with the salt and the fine clay surface adsorption, gives HECMC excellent control of fluid containing a high salt content. These same properties also reduces moisture loss in the slurry. HECMC also used in oil field fracturing, through cross-linking with multivalent cations HECMC formed gel is viscoelastic gel, suitable for suspension and transport of sediment or other particulate material into the wellbore and fracture. |
